Rules and Regulations for Creative Labs LLC

Welcome to Creative Labs LLC! To ensure a productive and enjoyable environment for all members, please adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. Respect for Space and Property

  • Treat all furniture, equipment, and facilities with care. Report any damages or maintenance issues to staff immediately.
  • Personal items must be stored properly and not left unattended.
  • Members are responsible for resetting rooms back to their original spec after use, including ensuring all cords are plugged back in where they belong. This ensures every member has a consistent experience.

2. Professional Conduct

  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Disruptive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.
  • Respect the privacy and workspace of other members.

3. Guest Policy

  • Pro Members may bring up to 5 guests in Pro rooms and up to 2 guests in Basic rooms.
  • Basic Members are not permitted to bring guests.
  • Basic Plus Members (Basic members granted elevated status by Creative Labs based on good standing — on-time payments and adherence to all member policies and community rules) may bring up to 2 guests in Basic rooms. Basic Plus status is granted by Creative Labs and is not available through application.
  • All guests must comply with every rule and regulation outlined in this agreement.
  • Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times and may not use equipment or facilities without permission.
  • Members with guest privileges are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or misplacement caused by their guests. Repeated incidents may result in termination of membership.

4. Cleanliness and Organization

  • Keep your workspace tidy and organized. Clean up after yourself in shared areas, including kitchens, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
  • Dispose of trash properly and recycle when possible.

5. Noise Levels

  • Volume levels cannot be played at loud levels until after 6 PM CST. During normal business hours (7 AM CST to 6 PM CST), please be mindful of noise levels to maintain a conducive working environment. Use headphones for personal audio and keep conversations at a reasonable volume.

6. Health and Safety

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines as outlined by Creative Labs LLC, including any local regulations.
  • Report any safety hazards, spills, or accidents to staff immediately.

7. Internet and Technology Use

  • Use the provided internet and technology responsibly. Unauthorized access to other members' devices or data is prohibited.
  • Do not engage in illegal activities or access inappropriate content while using Creative Labs LLC's resources.

8. Storage Policy

  • Members are responsible for their own belongings. Creative Labs LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Do not store personal items in shared spaces without prior approval from management.

9. Events and Activities

  • Any events or activities held at Creative Labs LLC must be approved by management in advance.
  • Members must not solicit business or distribute promotional materials without prior permission.

10. Door and Facility Security

  • All exterior and interior doors must remain locked at all times.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring doors are properly secured upon entry and exit.

11. Zero Weapons Policy

  • Creative Labs LLC enforces a strict zero weapons policy. No firearms, weapons, or dangerous items are permitted on any Creative Labs LLC property. This includes, but is not limited to, guns, knives, and other objects that could be used to cause harm.
  • Anyone brandishing or found in possession of a weapon inside the facility will face immediate termination of membership.

12. Room Checks and Inspections

  • Creative Labs LLC will conduct random room and door checks on a weekly basis to ensure all membership policies are being followed.

13. Damages, Missing Items, and Room Resets

  • Anything found missing, damaged, or misplaced may result in an additional charge to the last member who occupied the room.
  • Replacement charges will be higher than the cost of the item itself. This pricing is intentional and is designed to encourage members to take the time to properly reset rooms back to spec after use — including ensuring all cords are plugged back in where they belong.
  • Members with guest privileges are responsible for anything a guest may damage, misplace, or take. Repeated incidents may result in termination of membership.

14. Compliance and Fines

  • All members must comply with these rules and regulations. Failure to adhere will incur automatic fines, which will be charged to the member's account. The specific fines for each violation will be outlined and communicated by management.

15. Compliance with Terms

  • All members must comply with the Terms and Conditions of membership as outlined during the sign-up process.
  • Failure to adhere to these rules and regulations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.
